Role Summary

Foster an environment of excellence and create Chick-fil-A Reisterstown Raving Fans by providing an inviting space for our guests to dine in.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe dining room for guests to eat while dining at Chick-fil-A Reisterstown.
  • Understand all tenets of Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and Creating Emotional Connections (EC)
  • Maintain clean and safe bathrooms, which supports the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe patio/parking lot, which supports the guest experience.
  • Be prepared to assist FOH operations when required.
  • Show up on time, have a great attitude, and work hard for your entire shift
  • Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to improve your productivity and leadership. 
  • Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Handbook
  • Be a team player
  • Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for Chick-fil-A Reisterstown 
  • Always display Chick-fil-A Reisterstown Hospitality 
Requirements

  • Available to work a minimum of 15 for part time or 30 hours per week for full time.
  • Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A Reisterstown's customer service standards and operational excellence.
